For eligible customers, CMC will replace Flashlite™ and Flash™ Hooks with the new Flash.2™ Escape Anchor (see the Flash.2 Escape Anchor at cmcpro.com). Customers will receive a pre-paid return shipping label for the recalled Flashlite™ and/or Flash™ Hook.
