The SwivaBiner combines a swivel, pulley, and D-shaped carabiner into a single compact device with a double-detent sideplate that opens while the pulley is still attached to the anchor. Teaming up with Rock Exotica, CMC offers a single and double sheave SwivaBiner each certified to NFPA standards. They are an excellent option for mechanical advantage systems for hauling and ascending, and they work well in combination with high anchors, tripods, and redirects. The SwivaBiner is patented, time-tested, made in the USA, and brought to you by two companies committed to quality and service.
NOTE: the D-shaped carabiner on the SwivaBiner does not open wide enough to accommodate the CAPTO becket. For a CAPTO compatible option, please check out the SWIVO™.
