1. SPONSOR: The Rope Access ATOM Harness Sweepstakes Contest is sponsored by CMC Rescue, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 6740 Cortona Drive, Goleta, CA 93117 USA.
2. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: No contribution or purchase is necessary. Enter between February 11, 2026 at 2PM PST and March 16, 2026 at 11:59PM PST (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. To enter, visit https://www.cmcpro.com/rope-access-atom-harness-giveaway/ during the Promotion Period and submit a valid email address, a photo of yourself at work in your current harness (any brand is acceptable), and a caption for your photo. Although not required for entry, you may also submit your Instagram handle if you’d like Sponsor to potentially feature your photo and tag you. By entering, you agree to be added to the email list of Sponsor. Limit one (1) entry per person/ email address unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, will void such entries and may disqualify the entrant.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of any one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are age eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees and representatives of Sponsor and its related organizations, as well as their immediate family members (herein, defined as spouses, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.
4. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive an ATOM Harness (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $600), which the Winner may customize using Sponsor’s Build Your Own ATOM Harness tool, subject to Sponsor’s available options and restrictions. Winner will receive delivery of the prize as arranged by Sponsor. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
5. WINNER SELECTION: Every eligible entry will be included in the drawing. Sponsor will randomly draw names of the winners and back up names from all eligible entries. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner(s) will be notified on or about March 26, 2026, via the email provided at the time of entry. A potential winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 48 hours of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and/or any other documents requested by Sponsor within the timeframe stated in the notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. PHOTO RIGHTS AND RELEASES: Upon request by the Sponsor, participants must promptly provide any and all required releases, permissions, licenses, or other documentation necessary to confirm that the submitted photo does not infringe any third-party rights, including but not limited to model releases, property releases, and copyright ownership confirmations. Failure to provide such documentation in a timely manner may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By submitting a photo, participants grant Sponsor a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, post, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute the submitted photo for promotion and related marketing purposes, in any media, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, submitted photo, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.
8. GENERAL: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify submissions at any time for any reason, including but not limited to submission of AI-generated photos, photo manipulation, or inappropriate content. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and shall not be subject to appeal. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at marketing@cmcpro.com during the Promotion Period. These terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and Sponsor, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or other communications. If any provision of these terms is determined to be illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated only to the extent
necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in effect and enforceable to the fullest extent possible under applicable law.
9. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://www.cmcpro.com/privacy-policy/.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.
