Bobby Dubnow joined CMC in 2025. He is currently in his 34th year with the Phoenix Fire Department in Phoenix, Arizona, where he has served as a Firefighter, Engineer, Paramedic, and has held the rank of Captain since 2005. Certified as a Technical Rescue Technician since 2001, Bobby now serves as the Technical Rescue Program Manager, responsible for training both new and experienced rescue technicians throughout the Phoenix region. In addition, he acts as a Special Operations Safety Officer, responding to all Technical Rescue, Heavy Rescue, and Hazardous Material incidents. Bobby is also a qualified helicopter crew chief on the Phoenix Firebird helicopter and serves as a Rescue Squad Officer on FEMA Arizona Task Force 1. At the state level, he contributes as an adjunct rope instructor with the Arizona State Fire School and is an alternate member of the NFPA 1006 Committee.
