This month, we are proud to continue our Meet the Owners series with Ericka Hernandez. Ericka has been working with CMC in Manufacturing for 11 years. Currently Ericka works as an Industrial Sewer at CMC headquarters in Goleta, CA, primarily focusing on Harness production. She estimates that she has produced somewhere over 10,000 harnesses for CMC. When asked about how Ericka became so adept at making harnesses she responded, “Because I focused my attention on learning to make harnesses and continuing my growth at CMC. I am excited about my work. Knowing that our products are good quality and safe for our customers is extremely important. My goals with my work are to improve quality and production. It is different to work at CMC because as a company they are about new opportunities and innovations.”
